    Moo pad kapi - Stir-fried Pork in Shrimp Paste

    Jo does this easy southern-style dish with chicken and it's so tasty. I shall write up an English version one day.

    Looks tasty ,one thing i got to do when im in los in 2 weeks time is try more dishes

    It's not unlike Chicken with Cashew (see below), but far tastier. I should have mentioned, Jo uses toasted/deep fried chili which impart a nice smoky flavour.

    Gai instead of Moo, surely Moo should be replaced with beef 555 Looks aroi btw.
