Sailomjoy Restaurant: A Fantastic Restaurant In Chiang Mai, Thailand

I recently managed to get an interview with the owners of Sailomjoy Restaurant in Chiang Mai. That was the easier part. I have for the past 5 mornings managed with a massive headache to put it into English and Thai.

If visiting Chiang Mai be sure to drop in for breakfast or lunch at Sailomjoy. Great Thai and Western food, delicious shakes and smoothies plus super coffee art. It's a family business with great food, and prices that won't hurt your wallet. In this interview they tell you all about their restaurant, business and dishes.

So many good eating places here mate.
I am no-one in Australia and a VIP in Thailand. I pick the latter.

A'int that the truth! I'm flat out getting out of the house now Jo has a BIG western kitchen to play in. She cooks Lanna-style, Isaan, southern-style and when I cook farang-food, she'll watch, then make it even better next time! Still, Sailomjoy is a favourite when nearby ... coffee art's good, right to the last drop >
    Cheers, Rob.

Absolutely, a lot of good eating places around Chiang Mai. I must admit to always liking the owners and atmosphere in Sailomjoy. For breakfast I use Sailomjoy, but evening meal I love Aroon Rai they do the best Gang Gari curry I have ever tasted. Both are not 5 star places, but I prefer value, taste and atmosphere over the posher establishments.
Thanks everybody and sounds like you know the place anyway. Nice to get a run down from them on there product, but bleeding hard work translating it.
