A Great Value Hotel In Chiang Rai

On my recent travels to northern Thailand I came across a superb hotel for the price of 500 baht per night. Some of you might already know of it. The next time you are in Chiang Rai - check it out. Really excellent.

    Photos included in the post.

Hotel looks fantastic value though I've never found CR itself of much interest, more a stop-over.
    Cheers, Rob.

If you're going there and want to monger (is the Pope a Catholic etc etc 55) been staying at a new, similar quality hotel right in the middle of the bar area @ 6-700/night low/high season.

Been a lot of development there, same as most of LOS.

I loved CR the first couple of times i went there 5-6 years ago but unfortunately saw it's demise thereafter but have enjoyed it again this year after avoiding it for a couple of years.
Due for another trip there as soon as i can throw the leg over...............the bike that is

It can be a bit quiet in Chiang Rai I agree. I was there recently on election weekend and there was a blanket ban on alcohol. I was awake all night after having an all nighter on cappuccino's.

I have to admit though that the surrounding countryside is stunning.
