I have used Air Asia for internal flights and even with the baggage and seat allocation (need the TGF to sit next to me) it works out cheaper than the boutique air, now I am looking at Nok, free baggage up to 15kg, snack and one time free seat allocation but then on my search up pops Thai Lion Air and I am thinking umm just how good is their airmanship!

At the other end of the scale I guess but I find this really weird

If you go onto farecompare.com and enter any flight then scroll down to the most expensive you get some weird prices

A few months ago, I bought a direct Qantas SYD-BKK-SYD flight dep 29th Nov . It cost me US$1040...fair enough. But I just happened to scroll down to the most expensive and noticed the same flight was also being offerred for over $6000

I just now went back onto farecompare.com and found the same flight is now $1735 but it is also being offerred for $8615!! Yes that is for coach class ( ie economy)...Weird

Tonight for 4 hrs Tiger Air is offering $13 tickets (Plus $8.50 booking fee) on several flights including Sydney to Whitsundays.

The catch is one way only and time is 3 weeks only in next July.
