Boeing 707: The aircraft that changed the way we fly

I recall a fabulous Singapore Airlines 707 flight to Europe .... in the 70's .... actually not much difference to current B777's ... widgets and gadgets excepted >>>

BBC - Culture - Boeing 707: The aircraft that changed the way we fly

Not much change in basic design over the years >

    Cheers, Rob.
Lifes journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways totally worn out, shouting: holy s.h.i.t what a ride!

My first ever flight was on a BOAC 707 from London to Sydney in 1964. (With numerous stops)
