    Lightbulb Any thoughts on $cientology

I Spent last night watching the last part of the excellent Leah Remini , Scientology and the Aftermath documentary series .

Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath (TV Series 2016– ) - IMDb

Ive never ever said to my self WTF so many times while watching a TV program , its still hard to get my head around what I watched , I felt so bad for the ex members who are separated from their remaining family members that decide to stay in the cult , it was scary the way members were treated if they tried to escape , and being duped into signing a Billion year contract is just crazy . And then there's the money members have to give to go higher up the madness pole .

I'm going to check out a few more Scientology documentary's but in the mean time .....

Have you watched any thing on Scientology , and what did you think?

    It's obviously a sham.

But it also seems Leah Remini sure is trying to cash in on her tortured past

This Cult should be treated the same as Bikie gangs and other Criminals.

There is one born every minute.
And a Fool and his money are soon parted.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end!

As far as dangerous cults go they can't hold a candle to the big trio of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, but they're pretty out there as well and still pretty dangerous because of their financial power, thanks to legions of fools.

"Xenu also called Xemu, was, according to Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, the dictator of the "Galactic Confederacy" who 75 million years ago brought billions of his people to Earth (then known as "Teegeeack") in a DC-8-like spacecraft, stacked them around volcanoes, and killed them with hydrogen bombs. Official Scientology scriptures hold that the Thetans (immortal spirits) of these aliens adhere to humans, causing spiritual harm. These events are known within Scientology as "Incident II", and the traumatic memories associated with them as "The Wall of Fire" or "R6 implant". The narrative of Xenu is part of Scientologist teachings about extraterrestrial civilizations and alien interventions in earthly events, collectively described as "space opera" by Hubbard."

Funny thing is Hubbard started off as a science fiction writer who's work ended up being a total flop, so he had a brilliant idea! 555

Here's a good video of a great Aussie politician by the name of senator Xenophon, or Xenu-Phon if you will 555, giving these fuckwits a hard time. According to the vid, Scientology is losing a lot of membership, but then again, as Baz said, there's one born every minute. This was recorded 7 years ago though. Not sure what the situation is like today.

You may find this interesting. In case you don't know Louis Theroux is documentary maker, one of out best exports. He spent some time with a former high ranking member, as research for a new documentary on Scientoloy. This is his 2 hour on the Joe Rogan show. It's pretty much all on Scientology.
