California 2 Guesthouse >click HERE for website<
I booked here based on Jaffaman's recent posts in another forum.

Jim was prompt in responding to emails and the room was above expectations. We had a deluxe room @ US$35 p/n for 3 nights - clean, modern and well appointed with a very comfy bed and good water pressure shower. Air-con, clear TV reception and ultra fast free wifi made our stay very enjoyable.

Included breakfast choice is limited and coffee is crap, otherwise it's a quiet yet very handy location to downtown night life and Siem Reap transport options. The Titanic waterfront restaurant is across the road and highly recommended!

Ideal budget accomodation - cash only - has stairs/no lift.

Located on the waterfront and surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars, this is a choice for those seeking an upmarket hotel at a moderate price ~ US$100 per night.

It's virtually brand new and handy to all transport and night-life.
