    Poipet to Siem Reap

Talking with Wabbits this morning about entering Cambodia from Thailand, from the north, ideal if you happen to be in the vicinity!

Anyway, a quick search found this very interesting blog >CLICK HERE<

Despite being 4 years ago, I doubt much has changed - road works even on the busy Phnom Penh to Siem Reap are painfully slow and despite heavy machinery for earthworks, the rainy season interrupts work for many months. Much of the seal is spread by hand with a chain gang passing buckets of blue metal from man to man to spread over fresh tar.

I saw some of the oldest motorbikes and bicycles I've ever seen, some possibly older than me although they were maintained in great mechanical shape, better than me

    Cheers, Rob.
Lifes journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways totally worn out, shouting: holy s.h.i.t what a ride!

That bike in the photo... they ride it without ever sitting down?
My only experience was in a pie making factory managing the gravy team
