Fantastic. Bali is really nice too once you get off the beaten trail. Especially the volcanoes.

    That monkey looks evil.

Yeah not even trying hard to grab that last peanut. I like how he's holding on to that banana for later.

My wife and I went to the Monkey Temple when in Bali

She took 2 steps in and said "fcuk that" and left

I took about 10 steps and agreed and fcuked off
They were all a bunch of assholes

And actually most monkeys are assholes, except for chimps and apes

PS.....True story. I used to have one of my junior guys at work email me any funny monkey stories he found on Internet. I'd give him major shit ifi found one he missed!
It was sort of half joking but serious

And yes......I'm probably one of the oddest bosses you could have. 5555

I don't trust monkeys. They have the mental stability of a crack addict on his third day in rehab. They can snap in a split second and attack you. Especially if you have food.

I went to Monkey Temple in 1979.

Got worded up by a mate, before I left Oz - long jeans and find a decent stick - let the feckers know you'll use the stick and it'll be honky !

Took his advice and only had to stamp the stick on the ground once and they left me alone.

Saw lots of people being accosted by the bastards and most of them shat themselves at how aggressive they can be !

When I went to that Monkey "temple" on my last trip the guide said not to give them Bananas or anything sugary as it get them hyped up and more likely to play up...the guides were giving them sweet potato pieces IIRC .

Pretty sure the locals(both in Bali and Thailand) teach them to steal. Phones, sunnies, jewelry, anything they can grab. They take them and go around the corner and exchange for bananas.

    I agree,

When i was in Bali I had a driver for the day and we went.... i don't remember.....but there was a nature reserve, fenced and had to pay to get in. i bought the bag of peanuts for sale at the counter.

Well it wasn't 3 mins before I made sure I had no food at all and had found a stick of sorts. Started off giving some to 2 little ones then the big ones came and took it off them then attacked me for the bag I had, literally jumped on my back climbing up my legs and all the time with teeth and claws bared.
"Of course you love me darling, I handsome man 55555"
