    Roscos Sports Bar

Roscos Sports Bar in Pattaya has been sold. it has been around for ages and is realy starting to look run down (Perhaps it always has 555)
Anyway Rosco himself is apparently suffering from ill health or so the story goes. I met him briefly up in CM when he was visiting to play some golf up there. Nice enough bloke..

Simon ex of IR and now the owner of Retox has bought the place and is going to remodel. He plans to make it the biggest sports bar in Pattaya. Should be good for watching your favourite sports once completed...

This all comes via Face Book BTW.

No, just off Second Road on Soi Honey, so well placed. It was very much an Aussie bar, but that will all change I am sure..
I know the one you are talking about on Metro. I have watched rugby in there a few times over the years. very nice.

Most will offer pretty good food options as well. Especially if you feel the need to have some Farang food. So yes they are popular.

Just how I like them! I go there to watch sport... not for ambience or chasing girls...

I remember an ex-GF at home, dancing naked in front of the TV while the All Blacks were playing... she didn't dare do that again.... 55

I started the thread as a heads up to those who are visiting Pattaya and are perhaps looking for a place to take in their favourite sports. I know that in the past I have done searches trying to establish where I could watch my rugby for instance.

However if it has to turn in to a discussion on the so called merits of sports bars. So be it......

Now did I mention the UN Irish in Chiang Mai 5555

Well it's helped me Pete. And if a piece of information only helps one BM... it's worth it.

Sex is a distant second to watching the All Blacks... especially as it was the world cup semi in 1995.... 55

Sorry, I didn't realise this was a private party....

Some of us don't need a "Bar" just to watch sport, or need to gamble on every outcome.
I don't like people dancing naked in front of my tv any more than anyone else...

I think Lady Boys would be great for a sports bar. You can get a little rough...
