Yes there are some beautiful girls in Sapphire. It's a nice place to sit and relax with a drink. Unlike Windmill.

Windmill is an experience, but I will not be rushing back. Sapphire is a lot more classy, not difficult I know 555 The night we went the girls were not pushy, we asked the serving ladies to call over the two we quite fancied to join us. A great evening was had.

I don't know why people find him annoying to be honest. I don't mind the old guy rambling on with scenes of Pattaya in the background, and he's got a a lot of subscribers now. Just one of those subjective things I suppose.

I can imagine the atmosphere right now though. A lot of expats will be fine with their secret watering holes that have taps under the table, or can just sit at home, but there's gotta be a lot of grumpy tourists walking around right now. Especially in places like Pattaya.

Its his way of speaking , drawn out and doesn't seem to know what he is going to say ... having said that I managed to get through his whole Patong vid , probably because he stopped speaking for most of it

I like that the vid is bang up to date. You cant get much better than 24 hours old unless TD starts hosting live streams...555

That doesn't ring a bell. I'll have to check back on my posting but I think I only visited 3-4 (all one after the other) one evening.

    Oh, Pattaya.

    Sodom and Gomorrah.

I wouldn't choose to live there (although I could, quite easily - it ain't SO bad).

But thank Buddha it's there for us.

Maybe saved my life, once upon a time. Made me look at myself and possibly for the first time ever, actually laugh at myself but not in an unkind, negative way - more in a positive appreciation of what I have but didn't appreciate, previously. I had the opportunity, the time and the wealth to visit Pattaya, for just one thing! Not everyone has all three of those at exactly the same point in time.

Pattaya made me appreciate me, even like me. Made me see I am actually a (relatively) good man.

Enjoy it whilst you can folks, because the world is changing.

Change started with the women's vote but has accelerated since the smoking bans and the tearing down of long-standing statues.

Well it certainly is a place of both extremes. And you either love it or hate it. I think I could live there but it would probably kill me. I love my short visits to Pattaya and while I am there I never want to sleep. But long term, I’m not too sure about that.

Agreed. A week attending to my man-itch, in Pattaya and I'm looking for a quieter time....... in Bangkok and a further week (winding down) there and I'm ready for home........ until the itch slowly works its evil little way back to where places, other than Patts and Bangers, don't seem to reach.

I have always said that the two greatest feelings are arriving in Patts and leaving again..
But I do have friends who manage to live there, well over the hill in Jomtien anyway. And they seem to have a successful mix of mundane and exciting lifestyles. Out a couple of nights a week and the rest spent doing fairly ordinary stuff.

Australian arrested for allegedly organising sex boat tour in Pattaya
    June 19, 2018
An Australian man has been arrested for allegedly organising a sex boat tour in Pattaya.

A team of police officers from the Transnational Crime Coordination Centre arrested Stephen Alan Carpenter, 49, at 6.30pm on Monday in Moo 5 village in Tambon Nong Yang sua in Saraburi's Muak Lek district.

Police said Carpenter was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by Pattaya provincial court on Saturday on charges of soliciting women for prostitution, soliciting clients for prostitutes and violating the computer crime act by posting pornographic photos on Facebook. Police allege that Carpenter posted a nude photo of a Thai woman with a foreign man on a Face Book account named Richard Brown on December 6.

On December 31, Carpenter allegedly advertised his sex boat tour service on Facebook under the name of AUSTHAI Tours, encouraging clients to ride a luxury boat to use the services of prostitutes. Undercover police contacted Carpenter to buy the sex boat tour service for Bt38,000 by contacting him via the LINE application.

The suspect asked undercover police to pay 50 per cent of the price and they paid him Bt19,000 at 11am on June 14.

Police then obtained an arrest warrant against him. Police said Carpenter also faced a charge of overstaying his visa and doing a tour guide job, which is prohibited to foreigners.

I went into Kink on LK Metro the other night. Sat down with a drink and and watched the girls for a few minutes. Then I realised most people coming in were going upstairs so I did the same. Well plenty of things going on up there compared to downstairs. Much like Windmill but the girls were far better and not pushing for LDs.
