The girl on the beach, did she flash the two finger "v" sign??

Thanks SE. Brings back memories of being a kid at the beach back in NZ many years ago...

Thats great,Surin Beach 60 years ago looks just as rough and dangerous as it can be these days.
FACE YOUR FEARS LIVE YOUR DREAMS
60 years ago and the Thais have a songthaew on a ferry - brilliant!
Can the Mods change the title of this sub-forum to reflect the accepted spelling of Kamala?
Don't worry Bro - you'll get there - Buddha willing.
Amazing loved it.
.
Cheers, Rob.
Lifes journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways totally worn out, shouting: holy s.h.i.t what a ride!
Yeh Surin has a wave. He says how India is straight across the 'maha samut' [sea] from it , twice.
From what I understand , the second beach with the mining is Kamala Beach.
It looks different devoid of Casurinas.
He says , "Mai me saphan Sarasin..." at the ferry , meaning , "Not have Sarasin Bridge [to the island]" and as the car rolls off he says , "Khow pbai Takuapa" or They go Takuapa ( one of the Andaman coasts oldest settlements in Pang Nga) to the waterfall.
He says 'moong' a lot , which is frowned upon now.
Where did ya find this SE ?? Good job!
I'll have to ask the tg for a full translation when shes home...

I think its fair to say that Google has plenty of work to do with their locational spelling world wide...
