That is easier said than done for some.
As it may not start out that way but down the track the demands can start.
Some will be well unable to change coarse.

Foot down at some point which might be impossible to live with in some cases.

MW has seen many Farang in her village come and go over this issue....Not a case of sick buffalo but a case of sick Farang..

If the demands seem to be coming at all to regular intervals, regardless of feelings and taking the demand into context, a stand must be made at some stage to see where the "lie" of the land is.

I am trying to recall a quote from Minder some time back.

Something about how much you can afford to support her....

I was chatting with a bloke on FB FFT, he had a shirt made up in LOS on front in Thai script, It says "I NOT!" on the back was a picture of a local ATM....

This issue is spread amongst so many other threads but we are surviving it all...???

I have just sent money card and told her that only xxx each month.... Then teenage daughter goes through red light and hits car....... police involved... Jesus just when we start to get ahead. But whats the difference between there and here, in this instance..

Now here a thought C1, insurance in Thailand for ours????

Sorry I have no answers, but have been taking all of TDreamers advice and counsel. Musicians on the Titanic????

    OK,
I haven't had that much experience with TG's as most of you. I have had a couple of very good BG's and I also buttrflied. I much prefer the GF experience's, maybe because they were genuine, and I enjoyed it so so much more than the mongering.

My thought, and experience, is this..... Thai? Aust.? girl will need money, Thai to support parent's etc, Aust to pay car repayments, personal loans, school fee's. Do i see a difference? financialy no, phisicaly/emotionaly yes!!
TG will win out every time... why? If they are guninue, they will have had a some what hard life in their short years.
To them, age is wisdom/experience and age difference doesn't matter. Yes, sure if she is under 30 and working a go go forget it. After 30 they are considered on the scrap heap by their own culture. Lucky for us.

My 2 TG's have been 34 & 38, I'm 57 both were happy to live with me, show affection in public, a big no no in Thai culture, Taught me what they could, what i could understand, and leart English and other life survival things from me.
I understand/saw what convinced them they had no other choice, but to sell them self's.

I o believe, they both have left the GAME now, and I hope it it all going good for them.

I know what makes and keeps me happy these days. Love often has so many conditions attached that it no longer appeals unless stripped down to it's bear emotion... and i'll wait for that. If it never comes then hey ho... but I aint gonna compromise.... I'm too happy to mess up a good thing...

Thjere another old saying too DP.... You haven't met the right one yet son.

And also just when you least expect it.

I have never P4P, in my twenties, never had to or wanted too. I was a in a good place and enjoying it....

Next minute I'm in my thirties everyone is married, married women want a slice of the action... I bailed and made the wrong decision of who would be a good wife. I am still paying for that......

And then I find myself with S and talking here with you lot...

Enjoy yourself and when it happens it will. Must admit that I should have married many of my ex lovers and i wouldn't have ended up in the years between then and now being so unhappy...

    EXCEPT for my daughters.

    I think,
there are many factors in any chance of a lasting relationship. A bit like the movie Sliding Doors.
When i look back at both my marriage's and many many relationships, circumstances caused them to happen, initialy.
I could have said no, walked away, but didn't, other times I did walk and say sorry, your not for me.

We are all where we are because of our decision's, what we felt comfortable with or not.

DP, it doesn't matter if your single or mongering, we know your a good guy, an honest guy, and that is more important than living an attached relationship that is a lie.

On the other side of the coin, I and the rest of us here, hope...one day, you find the right one, true/equal love by both party's. THAT IS WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!

I believe many here have found that, I ,like you haven't, but i will always look and hope, but not be kidded.

Well said Bacwaan, in thirty three words you have nailed , what many can not comprehend, or like me have learnt on the way.

Bullshirt C1 how many pages are there on TD that proves that its is not just a simple thing and everybody's story is not the same?

There is emotions and affections and a whole bag of complexities that we might try to right off..

If it was that simple, do you think I would be doing the hard yards with S?

DP you cannot write of your involvement in Thailand with a one liner.

None of the rest of you can either, suck it up you lot... You here to contribute and learn and your stories and feelings etc, when you want to get fair dinkum, are what you can truly contribute for the benefit of others...
