    Dried chilies

I bought a small bag of dried chilies from the Market in patong and they have been in my cupboard at home and I was wondering how long they keep. They look almost as good as the day I bought them, but I don't want to poison anyone..

Yes I was once told that chilies can be dangerous if used wrongly. I wanted to make some chilli oil for adding to pizza and for spicing up other things like salad. I thought you can simply add a few fresh chilies to a small bottle of olive oil. Apparently, this can be dangerous because the chilli in the oil will rot and the mould is poisonous. Can lead to botulism.

Oops chilli is a cure, I don't believe it. Hmm when we think of a chilli the very first thing comes in mind is red and spicy.
