    Thanks. It is easier for me when I see it printed in English.

    However, I never did figure out how they named Kanchanaburi as an English translation from Thai... which sounds like Gandigidinapoli when Thais pronounce it. 555

    I have found that they are the same with a few things. American style hotdogs, steaks. Mind you, that style of cooking must still be quite foreign to them.

    Bacon, NZ Food week in Shanghai just finished, moved on to Beijing, but you'll probably find a few left-over legs of lamb laying around the centre = Westin Bund Centre that is.
