Something for sushi lovers to consider next time you're in Singapore.

My favourite nuts and grains cereal with chopped up pieces of dried fruit that I add extra: mango, pineapple, raisins, Kiwi fruit, and prunes.

Last night I made a couple of pizzas and topped it with all the stuff I enjoy, but what M26 says shouldn't be put on a pizza. I ate one whole fucking pizza all by myself and sat afterwards with a big grin on my face. Then, I later had strawberries, melon and fresh sweet pineapple covered in ice cream.
I'm 80 years old and if I can't spoil myself at my age then when am I going to start?

Looks delightful, Dupes. Did you eat all 4 Lamb chops yourself? Or did you save some for later?

Recipe site pic above though I reckon my pies turn out better, less freckles.

Must've baked 9 or 10 from this recipe here https://www.lifehacker.com.au/2016/1...an-should-try/ using fresh Thai pumpkin, NZ butter and cream and Australian flour. A truly international pie.

Do you buy those chops pre made or frozen? I've baked pork loin chops in Dijon and breadcrumbs for years ... One of my favourite meals yet seldom hear of others doing same. A thick coating of quality Dijon keeps the meat moist and breadcrumbs adhere well.

The chops are from the butcher and I did them up on my own

I had actually never heard of the dijon and mayo base before
But read about it and sounded great

I actually only used a dijon/maple salad dressing because I had it in the house
So the dijon taste wasn't as strong as I would have liked it

So excited to try it again next time with a proper dijon

Had two of those chops so tonight will grill the other one
It's been marinating in my homemade grilling sauce for 24hrs

Of course Ao's 1st question was "What is the yellow chili?"

    Speaking of the peppers.
I knew I wanted to make this a week ago
I tried 5 different supermarkets and couldn't find the peppers I wanted

    Hot Cherry Peppers
Very popular in NYC and Boston

    Couldn't find them anywhere

Well done ... I'm impressed. Now, if only you'd embrace pizza with ham and pineapple .... 555

^ I think what KR was trying to tell you is that you don't need mayo...simply smear the chops generously with the mustard and pop them into a plastic bag with a covering amount of Panko/Krummies...hey presto..

That's what I used to do anyway, (my Mum taught me that when I was in school)...she used to melt a nice large knob of brie on top and give them 5 mins under a grill when done (but not me)...evil, but delicious...

works nicely with chicken breast as well...

I was commenting on KR always making fun of my presentation 5555

I didn't have proper dijon but will next time

And actually I think a nice spicy brown mustard would come out pretty good also
