    Yinglak's (nationalistic) invention

Fed up with poor Thai food when visiting other countries, Yingluck Shinawatra came up with the idea of a machine to rate food samples against authentically-prepared dishes.

I wonder if it can give analysis results in hindsight.
Not one shred of evidence supports the notion that life is serious.

Believe it or not, my wife has found very good Thai food throughout North America

    Extremely authentic
A big wave of Isaan restaurants have opened in NYC and one of her favorite Thai places is about 10mins from my hood in Boston.

The CBC (Canadas national broadcaster) brought up this very topic the other day. What got me laughing was they called Yingluck "The current Prime Minister".

Don't be so impertinent, asking such a sensible question.

Thai food is a cereal business. Anything less than true authenticity is a slight on the culture. It could involve loss of face. Inedible counterfeit cuisine could even result in hunger.

    Cheers, Rob.
Lifes journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways totally worn out, shouting: holy s.h.i.t what a ride!
