Condition 8503 (no further stay) waiver

After reading Rivo thread about his mate that got an extension for his TGF TV I started making some calls. I have brought a lot of workers on 457 visa to Aust as well as helping Fillo familys with PR so called in a favor from a immigration agent I have worked with. I then called IMMI to confirm what he told me was true.

After 1.5 hours on hold to IMMI they emailed me the Waiver form to remove the condition 8503 no further stay. IMMI told me fill out the form and an extension should not be to hard.

We have requested to remove condition 8503 and asked for mutable entry as we have plans to go see my GF son in July in LOS.

If anyone wants a copy of the Waiver form PM me your email address.

    Ash

As we pretty much expected the waiver of the 8503 condition was rejected but we gave it a go.

Our application was found to be compassionate but not compelling and as it is law it was rejected.

The reason we gave was because my daughter is getting married in August.

So can anyone suggest a way that Nicky can attend my daughters wedding in late August in Perth. Nick's current TV expires on the 16th July. I am thinking we go back to BKK early July and apply for a new TV and this time include her son as well.

Will a new TV be granted being that she just had one??

IMO Absolutely no reason why a new TV wouldn't be granted.

I think the same way as you a new TV. I have just applied for a 6 month TV for my wifes cousin. She has been twice before.

She just got her masters well a homely looking girl. One BM when I showed him the picture......... LB or not question came up.

She is a nice girl 32 and still a virgin...............I kid you not Waiting for the movie star in a Thai Chick flick.

Hopefully she will meet a farang whilst in Aussie.

    1. I Said to Dao nobody will believe she is a virgin.
    2. An aussie guy will expect her to be able to function sexually.
    3. I offered to help her learn what to expect sexually.
    4. Dao put out a knife on the table. 555555555
