    Yep since 2012.
Are you about to do that?
For some reason I thought you were past that..
Just looked at currant pricing I see that's just keeping pace with inflation... Fark what a jump!

The chances of a farang getting a work visa in LOS are slim to none.

Unless you work for a company like Chevron for example and get transferred/sponsored.

Closest thing you could do is buy a bar but you have to do a visa run every 3 Months or pay a lawyer a lot of money to sit in the immigration and do it for you, the restrictions are you simply are not allowed to work, if you get spotted hammering a nail into a wall even, you will be sent home and lose everything.

Contact Thai Visa in Pattaya for up to the minute details about any visa applications or visa types you can get.

They also organise it to take your girlie back home for a holiday.
    Cheers

Do you have to pay for the second part on the 309 - 100?

Nope, the cost of the 100 visa is included in the original payment for the 309 visa

It's a real skill to be able to do fuck all!, it's incredibly hard to master, most people from private industry crack when they have to do it.

So this means your partner will need to get a resident return visa as Wabbits has just to leave and return to Australia after June 2021.

They have re-opened Christmas Island, so can have a island holiday while they wait.

That's why a lot of people start with semi-fuck all at first till they get the hang of it.
Not one shred of evidence supports the notion that life is serious.

Nah, more like they come in thinking that working hard gets you somewhere, but soon learn that they get paid the same as someone doing 10% of the work they are and all they have achieved is putting people off side and making a target of themselves.

Yeah so they get the hang of it real quick.

Just another thing for people to keep in mind about RRV and citizenship and children. Non-citizens have to pay full price for tertiary education, given that citizenship take 2 plus years after applying, something to keep in mind for those with kids approaching that age.

This is a funny, but sad topic. I worked for "government" for 40 years in Canada, and bureaucracy does drive you a bit insane after a while. I tried bucking the system for 10 years before I finally gave up and just went along with the bullshit. I don't care what country you are in, bureaucracy seems designed to take the longest period of time and cost 10 times what it should, just to get a simple procedure done. There are a million jokes and cartoons about it.... the one guy digging a hole with a shovel while a backhoe operator sits on his machine nearby, and 10 government "officials" stand around regulating the project.
