Have you been to Italy Paulie? How do they react when you tell them they can't make proper pizza? ..55
My only experience was in a pie making factory managing the gravy team

Yes I have been to Italy
    They didn't speak American!
    Can you believe that????

I only had pizza a couple times there

I didn't love it but I did love how it was served

Just a counter window with slices set out

We actually have a small chain of a Roman Cafe, Scuie
    It's pretty frigging good

They cut the pizza by squares however size you want and charge by weight
It's expensive but good although they do get a bit too fancy q
Ao gets the salmon pizza....that's not pizza!

But these guys are legit, real Ginzos

I dated a girl from Sardinia for a while... she took me to a proper Italian pizza place with the proper oven (apparently only clay ovens are permissible for pizza?) ...and it was ok... I couldn't really tell the difference.. which made her mad... 55. Never been a huge fan of pizza because I always get the dreaded sugar rush after eating them... 55

Coal ovens are the best to make pizzas, IMO

But they are actually not allowed in many places anymore but the ones that had them before the law can still use them

All the places in New Haven CT and the top places in NYC are mostly coal fire

Well if you like coffee IconSiam has plenty of small coffee shops and a big Starbucks too. I took the free ferry across to there this morning to have a look around. They are calling it the mother of all malls and when itís finished it may live up to that name. Still a few empty units and the top floor restaurants were still being worked on. Apple have the prime spot overlooking the river. Certainly high end with Rolls Royce, Maserati, and all the big fashion brands, jewellery shops etc. But plenty of mid range shops as well. The ground floor has a street food feel to it and even as a small floating food market. Well worth a look if youíre bored 555
