    Game over?

I wonder what, if any political relevance Suu Kyi really has today?

A new election (Of sorts) has been held and now that lip service has been paid to democracy, Hilary is on her way to represent the US there for the first time in 50 years.
It has just been too long. The window of opportunity for political change has closed and
economic pressure has legitimized the status quo as the majors (Both new and Old) line up for their slice of the Burmese resources pie.

    The future for Suu Kyi?
At best perhaps as a figurehead for a new token opposition party.
At worst a marginalized and powerless relic of a bygone era.
And where the hell was Biggles.....?....when you needed him last Saturday....?
