    Bay walk residence Pattaya

Now this is a good place to stay if you want to be in the thick of Pattaya.
On Beach road max 5 min walk to the start of walking street.
Being so close you get some noise but not enough to really ever be annoying.
It is guest friendly for those that need that and it is a real nice place 4 star ish maybe.
rooms are a good size and has wifi and loads of channels that you cant understand and some you can.
Stayed there for about 9 days awhile back and is a i will be back sorta Hotel.
Rates are 2000bt mark but if you look around the internet for deals you will do better.
    I paid 1400 last visit.
safe, secure and has a not bad roof top pool.
One of those Combi bars is normally out the front so is either a good start or end to the night.

Never noticed that hotel before Scotty... looks nice. How does it compare to the Evergreen Wing at Areca?

Areca looks bigger Baywalk is more boutique maybe...in truth they maybe quite similar Areca looks to have a more resort feel.
Nice pool looking at the photo's.
If you are a first timer to Patts the location of he Bay walk might be better if you are a many time returning visitor Areca could well suit better.
After living in Patts you most def dont visit Walking street much and a lot of eating and drinking is done more in the Soi's around Areca.
Kiss resturant close by there. (on the corner of soi Diana and 2nd road) A good low cost place to get consistantly good Thai food if at times hard to get a table. Pad ka pow gai is very good.
