    Cheers, Rob.
Lifes journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways totally worn out, shouting: holy s.h.i.t what a ride!

Impressive... though virtual. Be good if it was real-time from the c0ckpit... 555
My only experience was in a pie making factory managing the gravy team

Just catching-up on this (sorry to bring up such an old thread ...)

QF10 is not a 'direct' flight. At the time Briofoz wrote that message both London QF flights went via Singapore. In late March they dropped the Singapore stop and now make their stop at Dubai.

I can see good reasons why, but I can also see bad reasons too.

However, going back to the initial posting, there's not just FR24, there's also 'Plane Finder' and Flight Aware'.

Theres an Emirates A380 on the Tarmac in Perth right now.
Proves the new service has started.
Waiting for takeoff should be one of the first out of Perth.

The plane (Landed) was indeed showing DXB Sydney to Dubai.
A380 flights Perth to Dubai were supposed to start from 29th march.
The start had been delayed by the construction of the new terminal at Perth which had to be done before the A380 service could be started. May have been just that, an unscheduled stop.
