    Taxi's at Phuket Airport

    Hi all , anyone know where the taxi rank is at Phuket airport these days ? I fly in Monday night ,and haven't been to the newer one as yet .

    Supersub and I always use Manit Sin. VERY dependable and great person. he is also a great resource for trips. He once drove me to Ao Nang Krabi when i got so hammered i missed my boat trip LONG trip..... but he took me to meet supersub 55. It also posts his rates on his web site

    awesome thanks guys ! i'll give them a ring in the morning ! Was just going to grab a cab at the airport but i like that idea from you both . Tmt , i really don't need any tips for Phuket as it was like a second home every 3 months for a couple of years 555. Plus my wife lived there for 5 years , i think we have that part sorted hehe

    The metered taxis are now right out front of Arrivals - booking desk is there too.

    Online booking rates Airport/Patong are 750-800baht one way.
    600 looks like a bargain...555

    Hi all will be going to phuket in november this year anyone have any idea on best method to kamala beach as that is where we are staying for 3 days ,i dont think the resort has a shuttle but ill check .

    Hey Crispy, have you booked your accom for november yet? I can recommend a good place to stay at kamala on the beach, and they will organise transfers as well.

    Oops I just re read your post, you have resort already . Oh well if it burns down give us a yell 5555

    Hahaha yes mate booked into the sunprime resort its only for 3 days i hope it will be good looks good and has good reviews.

    yes im hoping ive picked a winner zab reviews look good had a look at a you tube video of the place and looks pretty nice so fingers crossed otherwise the new wife will be not so happy .

    My BIL is doing the trip for 1000Bt to Patong in a Commuter or Ventury. 100Bt extra after hours 10pm to 5am.
