I just came across 3 lane highways in PI. The middle Lane is for passing. Either direction.
It gets a bit hectic in the busy areas and sometimes turns into 4 lanes but works.

Considering Asian drivers/riders isn't that what they do anyway? I even do it myself on the bike. 555

No Ian that's when the 3 lane highways become 4 (or 5)

I accually just went down a wide city road that had no lane markings. This morning that road had 2 lanes of cars one way and 4 the other. This afternoon the opposite. There are no lines on the road, no signage, nothing. The people just drive and make the lanes up depending what direction is busy. Sort of strange but it was working. We pulled over and asked the policeman he just said "what ever people want no rule" This city is strange.....55
