Bumpy boat ride from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan

Same exact thing happened to us in Colombia
We camped at a secluded beach you had to hike 2 hours to get to
We opted to return by speed boat
They were flying through massive waves and the boat would crash down after every wave
It legitimately was pounded into the small of my back
I could barely walk when we got off the bought until I stretched my back out
I was dreading every time we would hit the water

Every speed boat I've been on has been bumpy as hell

Sounds like they didn't have a choice? Then again if it was you with a baby I can see you demanding they find another ferry!

Just wait until a ferry comes
I honestly don't think I'd take a baby on a speedboat in a developing island
No matter the situation
I'm weary to go on myself
