Demise of Entertainment Venues after Covid

I arrive in Bangkok on Wednesday. I’ll probably take the train to Pattaya the following week for a few days. It will be interesting to see how things have changed.

Bangkok is pretty busy

Nana I didn't see too many pretty girls to be honest because I don't think the go-gos are fully operating

I honestly haven't noticed much of a difference from any visit I've done in May before

Some places were dead
Lamai and Khao Lak

But most others really busy

Going to tomorrow
Kamala for a week

But from all I have heard and seem it seems pretty busy

Samui was very busy, with the exception of Lamai

Go on The Thaiger and all they do is whine about restrictions that they have no real clue about

Old white dudes only came to Thailand to feel special for once in their life and that ship has sailed

It's all young farang now


The only place old white dudes will go now is Pattaya and that's all

And Lamai catered told older white guys

Didn't really think of it like that the times I have been. A mini-Pattaya? Maybe it was... Though was pretty quiet each time I went. I quite liked that.

Even on my last trip s in 2019 I noticed that in Pattaya there were a lot of younger guy's. And they tended to get the pick of the pretty girls. But that is fine, I am not in to taking some 20 year old back to the room. At my age it just does not seem right.
Plenty of nice 35 plus year olds and they tend to be more interesting to chat too. Hell my go to in CM on my last visit was about to become a granny and she still had a great body :D

If it is just a bit of hands on fun, there are still the younger and prettier girls who will sit with you in the go go's. as long as you keep the LD's coming.

I still like the variety of Pattaya. Depending on your mood you can go to a different area every night. Even Walking Street and the side sois have places of interest. I think I preferred LK Metro before it turned into a Soi of GoGos... about ten years ago it was a perfect mix... Last trip I found myself going to bars in quiet areas... if there are more than a couple of customers in a bar then there are too many... 55

I still like Bangkok more and more each time I go...

Don't know if I ever went in there or not... where was it?

I used to like the Simon Bar Complex x 2. The girls used to scream the first time you went in... but somehow they all knew you so when you went in again after visiting the toilet they didn't scream... how do they remember every guy that walks in and walks past the 20 odd bars?
