Sorry but he is the most vile vlogger out there. He shows zero respect for others.
I thought the same at first, but then you get to know him and understand him. You can choose not to understand people, and that's fine. He still pisses me off at times, but I look past it. He's had a rough life and is the product of it.

If you watch him extensively though, you'll get to see past his flaws and how he appreciates people. I'd have a beer with him and have massive arguments any day of the week. Then have a few more beers and talk shit about whatever.

I doubt I could watch him long enough to get to understand him. Videoing people without their permission is a huge no, no to me. does not matter if it is other farangs or BG's.
I watched one brief video where he was confronted by a bar owner for sticking his camera in the bar without permission. He is just an a hole, rough life or not. That is no excuse.

Seen plenty of people get called for that. Whoopty doo.

Dead Farang has been one of my all time favourites. He hasn't posted for a couple of years, which is worrying. Hopefully because he just hasn't been back.

Found this California expat's vlog. He's pretty straight forward on pros and cons. And about his own personality in dealing with life in general. When I dream about living in Thailand I usually decide based the cons and not the pros. The heat is difficult for me all year round.

What is hard to reconcile is the loneliness. It's wierd because I don't have a large network of friends here anyways. So why would it be such an adjustment? I mostly interact with neighbors and long time vendors. Get together with the same few people maybe twice a month. But I don't feel lonely here. I'm used to it. But in Thailand it would drive me potty. Of course I could get a young girl friend. But that has its intellectual limits. And I'm an old butterfly.

Is there something I could do to not be so lonely if living in Thailand?
