Regular customers tend to remain loyal to one or two bars, and often bring new friends with them that later become good customers... even when they are not big drinkers themselves. I would rather pay a bit more at some place I know than go to some place cheaper where I'm ignored, or have nobody to talk to.

I hear what you are saying, but I don't agree as many 'Out of the way' bars are equally as friendly (they have to be)

Yeah you might not get a 21YO pandering to you, but nothing wrong with a 31YO.

Agreed but when a bar get's a bad reputation, (Sky Bar) you got to change the name.

Skeeter scammed a lot of people out of money, so he had to do a runner, so the name 'Sky Bar' is synonymous with bad things, but yes keeping the good bar's names is a great idea.

Skeeter returned home from memory, but it is everyone's dream owning a bar or at least a share in Thailand.

The NWG is successful, nobody can deny that, Bryan has built an empire on Soi 6, FFS he runs about 20% of the bars so if that is not successful I don't know what is.

he's working for a different group these days , posted about 2 new bars on Soi 6 last week , Space Bar and Sweet Bar
