just as above but i suspect the answer is yes its right on the mark
Considering the recent news in the papers about overstayers, I wouldn't chance it if all it takes is a short trip to the embassy to get a Tourist visa. Plus if it ends up being a new Tourist Multiple Entry visa you'd be good to come and go for 6 months.Moo Uaon;256104 said:if 30 days i wouldn't bother as if more time needed can either pay the overstay or extend at an immigration office. neither likely though, would be my guess if you have a flight booked.
If it is a multi entry O visa (sounds like it is) the answer to your question is a resounding yes.mechime;278223 said:From my above post:- so far on each of the 2 trips made with the 'O' I have been given 90 days stay, though I only stay less than 60; the Visa states "enter before 25 Oct 2016", does that mean if I make another trip arriving 24 Oct 2016 they will still give me 90 days from then (meaning it is a last entry date to be still entitled to 90 days even though I first entered 15 Nov 2015) ? Thanks in advance.
