We think Quincy will eventually go blind in his left eye

Ao is so worried but I'm not

Dogs adapt and are happy
Quincy actually just had "dry eye"
He wasn't producing enough moisture from his tear ducts
Ointment and cookies 2x/day and his eye is good as new

He's deaf as fuck though. 😀

Had one of the nicest interactions of my life today

Me and Quincy went for a long walk to the park

On the way back outside my apartment and the coffee shop in my building

A really nice Indian guy(youngish 30's) came up and asked if I remembered him.

I didn't
He said he came up to me and Quincy when Quincy was in bad shape and I was needing to help him walk.
He said he saw us from the coffee shop that day and came outside to ask about Quincy

Today he was thrilled to see Quincy walking so well and said he's been looking for us since that day

And....we started talking and that 1st day he was in the coffee shop waiting for an interview as manager of the hotel across from our building

And he got it!

Good things happen to good people

He struggles with massive depression

It's amazing
He does all the great work and still can't break out of it

Depression is nasty for people who have it

He was on one of Ben Fogle's lives in the wild shows. I immediately wondered if you knew him. Quite emotional when his parents came out to see him after COVID. His work looks fantastic.
