Alot of bars have adapted so they can be classed as restaurants . He was in Tree Town area until 2am NYE and said it was busy .

It was only in its infancy on my last trip to Pattaya 4 years ago . I didn't spend any time there , the clientele seemed to be mostly Thai students with bean bags & sheesha pipes etc . I believe its evolved into a full blown soi now .
