Nice property. I don't like it on the coast due to storms and typhons but this one is elevated. Fair bit over priced.

I'd be fine at maybe around 2/3 of that price

Not so prime and the beach doesnt even look nice + no other houses in the vicinity from the pics...that says a lot.

Its only worth 1/2 that price.
I find houses in Pi for sale or rent a lot more expensive than Thailand. They seam to start at a super high price and sit on the market for years

You really gotta build strong, and most of the houses are not built that well.
I dont think I would ever buy a house in PI that is already built. If I ever did buy it would be land in the mountains with Ocean views and build.

I am about 1.5 k's from beach, probably a bit less in a straight line. Have lived in my house for 27 years now. Even at that disytance rust is a big problem. I find that I need to replace things not because they don't work any longer, but because of them rusting awa. Microwave that I have had for just three years is next to go.
As for the buyer, sounds like she is trying to blame her own ignorance on you 5555
it's a trade off, despite the rust issues I am happy to be where I am.
