Is anyone else having trouble completing their registration for the E Visa Team.? I got an email with a long, long link to click on to complete my application. I've clicked it dozens of times and it always times out. So, I can't complete the registration, so I can't apply for a visa

I just did mine via the THIM app. Passport scan didn't work, but was quick and easy otherwise.

The E-visa site I gave a link to is to apply for a visa to enter Thailand from a Thai Embassy or Consulate.

Extensions of stay are permits, not visas.
As yet you cannot apply online for an extension of stay.
With the OP mentioning Laksi (in Bangkok) then I'm guessing he intends to apply for an extension or a Non O visa if he entered as a Tourist, but these must be done in person. The E-visa site is for applying for visa from outside Thailand at Thai Embassies/Consulates.
His wires are crossed if he used the E-visa site.

Curious as to what you actually did with the new THIM App.
It aims to modernise the arrival card process which is mandatory for all foreigners entering Thailand.
Since 1st May 2025 travelers to Thailand have been required to complete the TDAC, 72 hours before arrival.
The TDAC web based system is still available, but the THIM essentially replaces the TDAC within a mobile application.
Immigration plans to roll out additional services such as extensions and 90 day reports, but these are not yet complete and part of the later roll out and expansion of the system.
You have to complete what I'll refer to as the 'management' page, which is where you can scan and download your passport biodata page, followed by your personal information, and the health declaration.

Yeap. as I thought, but OP mentioned a visa application at Laksi, so the THIM and E-visa sites would be useless, although I strongly suspect the OP may be attempting to apply for an extension of stay, which as yet is non functional on the THIM App.
As it happens, I cannot download the THIM App to my phone, it's not available in the Google Play Store.
The issue appears to be my device isn't compatible with the App.

Max is 3 updates which I've already had.
Version 12 actually supports the THIM App, but after a lot of research and a couple of really good IT guys looking at the issue, the conclusion is the THIM (Thailand Immigration Management System) app may not show up in your Google Play Store because it's in a limited pilot phase or incompatible with certain specific devices.
