Any one in the Nonthaburi area? Wife and I have a condo there, that we bought a couple of years ago, on the river, off Sanambinam Road, near the Phra Nong Klau Bridge ...
If any one is in that area, do you know of any good restaurants that serve western food?
Museums that you have been too and would recommend going to?
Good coffee houses that have a good view of anything?
Edit:
Forgot to ask about bicycle shops where I could purchase a moderately priced bicycle.
We have a house in Nonthaburi about 20mins from you, closer to Central Westgate

Only western restaurant I know that's pretty decent is Lady Butcher

About 17mins from the bridge you mentioned

Thank you. I will put that in my restaurant list. The only problem with it, from the pictures on the internet, the steak is too damn big! LOL. I could eat three meals from that much meat.

I can see Central Westgate from our condo. I think it's closer than 20 minutes, by car, perhaps further away if I catch a ride on the MRT at the Phra Nong Klau Bridge station.

I can't eat nearly as much as I used to

I was a voracious eater

But I worry about anything that fills me up too much nowadays or anything that is too "heavy"
So I eat much lighter meals these days

If we went to a steakhouse I would probably finish half of my meal and bring the rest home

I have always been a light eater with the occasional times that I eat a lot. At almost 20 years old, I was over 6 ft tall and 140 pounds when I entered the Army. The most I have ever weighed was 205 pounds which turned out to be due to a glandular problem I had that was resolved by surgery removing the gland. During the first 3 weeks after removal of the gland, I lost 20 pounds. That was back in 2019. I have been slowly losing weight since then and am now floating between 173 - 175.

I buy Whopper Burgers and large fries at Burger King, eat half and save the other half to eat later. At most restaurants here in the U.S. of A. I also eat half of the order and take the rest to eat later too. Depending on how thick those steaks are at the Lady Butcher place, I could have two or more meals from it.

I've eaten everything and heavy

Now the thought of going to an Italian restaurant for dinner would probably be too heavy for me to eat pasta
Or could share a plate with my wife

Fortunately I still love food....just can't eat as much
Which isn't the worst thing

And I definitely can't eat until full anymore

Again not a bad thing
