Yeah, he's China side on a guided tour.
Cold and altitude sickness would be my greatest concerns.
Altitude sickness to that hight is ok for most when you slowly climb to it over a few days.

When we went to 5000m 7 of us had no issues, one guy did.

I've been up the Jungfrau by train a couple of times to 3500m and was surprised to find out later that altitude sickness was an issue for some there.

When I went up, some of the others were quite unwell.. dizzy and breathless. And not who you might expect. Fat bastards seemed fine... some of the athletic guys were the ones struggling.

Yep

The dorm at Lauterbrunnen.
I remember lying in bed looking straight up at one of those skylights and looking straight at that waterfalll.
I went back there 21 years after the Contiki trip and stayed in a cabin nearby.
