Exactly!^ Do you eat/like that stuff?.....In AUS it's way too bready for me....it's on a base more like bread/focaccia than a proper pizza base...
Probably. But the pizza is so good at the shops. But Sunday morning maybe some sauce on a pan bread . I've been gone 35 years...55I think this is a Boston thing

I'm still without an oven. Been using Ninja for airfry. It has roast and bake settings. But I like to make souffles and meatloaf. And would like to start baking bread. Saw this oven on a cooking show. It's not cheap but I like good food.

We are big fans of Focaccia and make it using a number of variations. One of my favourites is rock salt and chillies on top.
This recipe is easy although the two day method gives the best results.
