How long have you been at sea this trip?

It's actually been about 5 years since I have been offshore, April 2020, when Lockdown started. It's been kind of a low period, struggled with my marriage, struggled financially. Life seems to work better when I work offshore. 555

Same as before, Gravity and Magnetics, a type of Geophysical surveying, for the same company as before. I work on Seismic Oil exploration vessels.
I refused a job during lockdown before vaccinations were available because they wanted me to stay out for 6 months, they weren't doing crew changes to prevent break-outs. My boss used it as an excuse to push me out of the business, letting my 15 year of experience go to waste. I found out from a friend recently that he had been dead for two years and so I contacted my old company and they snatched me up.
